Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions we receive from our dealer partners. If you have additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team here.

We offer two types of vehicles: wholesale “Green Light” units and Retail Ready units. Both categories of vehicles are subjected to stringent quality checks and thorough detailing before being listed for sale.

The ‘Green Light Program’ is our assurance for our wholesale units. Under this program, each vehicle sold has a clean title, sound engine, transmission, and frame, zero OBD codes, and is detailed interior and exterior.

Our 125-point inspection is a comprehensive check performed on our retail/front-line ready units. The inspection covers various aspects, ensuring that each vehicle is in top-notch condition before reaching your lot. A detailed sheet of the inspection criteria is available upon request.

Our arbitration process is designed to address any issues that may arise post-sale. We offer a complimentary 14-calendar day arbitration period (from the time of purchase). In case of any valid claims, we will seek to resolve the issue by offering a credit to fix the items identified.

You can register to buy from aimRECON by providing your details, including your dealer license number, through our online form. Our team verifies your information and dealer license, and once approved, you can set up your account. Please note, we only work with licensed used vehicle dealers.

Our ‘zero buy fees’ policy means that there are no hidden or additional charges on top of the listed price of the vehicles. The vehicle sale price you see is the price you pay.  Transportation fees are not included in vehicle prices.
